Adrian has served as the global brand manager for luxury Taiwanese headwear giant Hater Snapback since the inception of the company, and has worked as manager for dozens of other internationally distributed fashion labels. He began his foray into the music and fashion world through working as an A&R and producer at major music labels such as Virgin records and Sony music. His career as a much producer took him through cities around the world such as Taiwan, New York, Los Angeles, and London. This built him a highly sought after network and a unique global perspective highly conducive to working in today’s fashion industry. With over 7 years of experience in fashion. Adrian has managed to develop highly profitable sales channels in countries such as the US, Italy, Taiwan, Korea, Canada, Brazil, UAE, Mexico, and India. His track record includes bringing his first start-up fashion company to $7M revenue per year in less than 3 years time. He is working now as a brand developer for multiple brands entering the market.
Eric Ing – FOUNDER, DESIGNER
TORONTO - Eric Ing (Thelonius Poon) is a Canadian fashion designer, graphic designer, and creative director. With almost a decade of experience, Eric is versatile from designing full scale collections for men and women, creating original artwork, techpacks, writing copy, styling photoshoots, creative directing ad campaigns, and doing web and print design. After discovering fashion while studying abroad in Asia, he returned to Toronto to serve as creative director at Pardon Le Dopeness, before launching his own solo label and flagship store in downtown Toronto. His work has been featured in Complex Magazine, High Snobiety, Rogers TV, BlogTo, Toronto Life, I Luv Lola, Acclaim (Australia), Faze Magazine, Just Jared (paparazzi), Trend Hunter, Kenton Magazine, Style Jargon, Freshly Educated Men, HustleGRL, Addicted Magazine, Urbane Bloc, Aldo In-store Magazine, Fashion-J (Japan), Fashion We Like (Italy), Omit Limitation, Verve Magazine, MTV Fora, Spin Magazine, Acclaim Magazine, Status Magazine (Asia), The Hundreds blog, I Luv Lola, and Think Contra Magazine. Shivam Aggarwal – FOUNDER, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, WEBMASTER
DELHI - Shivam began his fashion career as an agent facilitating international brands aiming to enter the Indian Market, assisting in seeding to Indian rap superstars such as Honey Singh and Badshah. Over the past three years Shivam has singled handedly built and managed our entire studio and manufacturing facility alongside our team of 20 staff. This involved overseeing all aspects of the business from co-ordinating fashion photoshoots, seeding Indian celebrities, hiring craftsman and tailors, material sourcing, purchasing industrial equipment, negotiating with vendors on behalf of the clients, and maintaining clean workplace and safety standards. In addition to managing the entire operation, he also is a highly skilled webmaster and has worked as a producer within Bollywood and the domestic Indian film industry. His determination and entrepreneurial grit have allowed our entire team to succeed where many have failed, allowing us to have access to one of the largest emerging international markets, and production capabilities far beyond what other agencies possess. Shivam has successfully handled and surpassed some of the most difficult projects we’ve brought to the table, including contracts for luxury Italian companies with extremely stringent quality control standards. He also hosts our clients when they visit India to tour our facilities in person.
Smiley Jonez – PARTNER, BRAND OWNER
PHILADELPHIA - Smiley Jonez has served as the CEO of Philadelphia based couture brand Burning Guitars for the past 7 years. Designed by Studio 54 Costume Designer alumnist Saiyd Muhammed, they have in the last eight years established themselves as one of the most innovative and fashion-forward labels in Philadelphia. They’ve been featured in dozens of fashion weeks and worn by celebrities such as Wiz Khalifa, Meek Mill, Nelly, Nicki Minaj, B.o.B, Wale, Jason Thompson (NBA Golden State Warriors), Erica Mena, Natalie Didonato from Mob Wives, Yazz The Greatest from Empire, Diggy Simmons, Rick Ross, Metro Boomin and many more. They are currently stocked at prestigious high-end fashion stores such as Joan Sheppe.
